Our brand new Subaru BRZ demonstrator is already being put to good use on Ecutek’s dyno as we get started on developing and perfecting the mapping for this exciting new project.
We are helping Ecutek in the beta stages of development to finalise the hugely successful Racerom software for the 2.0 litre direct injection boxer engine found in the BRZ. This software will also be available for the platform-sharing Toyota FT86 and Scion FR-S.

Next week the car will be heading off to Milltek Sport to have a new performance exhaust designed and manufactured. It will, of course, be visiting some of our other technical partners shortly to develop and test some interesting new parts.
More to follow shortly…
Whilst we are busy developing the new Normally Aspirated FA20 Subaru engine we have not forgotten about testing new Turbo ideas. Below is a video of a car we have been helping with. Owned by one of the top engine designer/calibrators in Formula 1 it features a lagless(!) turbo, which as the video shows is capable of making pretty much any boost level required even at idle! As demonstrated on this otherwise standard Litchfield Impreza Spec C 2.0litre you can watch as the turbo speed maintains its optimum level. Much more on this exciting technology soon……
